Advent Members Tickets

Get in the festive spirit this 23 & 24 November with a visit to ‘Advent’ – our Christmas event.

See the Museum prepare for Christmas across the ages and visit 100 stallholders representing the best in arts, crafts and foods from the weald region. There’ll be music, hands-on demonstrations, make & take activities for children and families, see Father Christmas, say hello to donkeys and of course the chance to explore our collection and historic houses.

Entry is by pre-booked ticket only including you are a Museum Member. Pre-booked tickets have a timed entry slot, however, once you are at the Museum there is no limit to how long you can spend here, and there is certainly a lot to explore! Members will have the exclusive opportunity to explore the event 1 hour before the general public (pre-booking is essential).

Parking will be at Goodwood Racecourse (Car Park 8-follow directional signage). A free park & ride service will run throughout the day to take visitors to and from the Museum. Limited disabled parking will be available at the Museum for blue badge holders only (this MUST be displayed in your windscreen on arrival)

Museum Members need only to present their ticket and valid membership card at the admission point at Goodwood Racecourse to board the shuttle bus. Please note that non-members will not be able to enter the event in the 'members only' shopping hour and will therefore be required to wait to enter their allocated time slot with general public.

Help support Weald and Downland Living Museum

If you are a UK taxpayer and you make a donation that is over 10% greater than the admission price, the Government will give us an extra 25% on top of your entrance fee, at no additional cost to you. It’s called a gift aid visit and makes a massive difference to charities like us. Gift Aid is of course entirely voluntary. If you'd rather not help in this way, please deselect the checkbox above the Gift Aid logo.
