Daily Admission
The Museum is open daily from 2 January to 23 December 2024.
Summer opening hours operate from 1 Mar - 3 Nov: 10am to 5pm.
Winter opening hours operate from 4 Nov - 23 Dec:10am to 4pm
Some of our historic buildings are stewarded and therefore close at 3pm in the winter and at 4pm during the summer. Further details will be sent with your ticket.
Please book a timed entry ticket for everyone in your party. Children aged 4 and under do require a ticket, which is free of charge. The only exception is babes in arms who do not require an entry ticket.
Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on short leads at all times.
We are a non-smoking & non-vaping site.

Help support Weald and Downland Living Museum
If you are a UK taxpayer and you make a donation that is over 10% greater than the admission price, the Government will give us an extra 25% on top of your entrance fee, at no additional cost to you. It’s called a gift aid visit and makes a massive difference to charities like us. Gift Aid is of course entirely voluntary. If you'd rather not help in this way, please deselect the checkbox above the Gift Aid logo.
